What is the Scrum methodology?

Planning of the Scrum methodology: the phases of the process

Unlike other work processes, Scrum is characterized by phases of short periods (two to four weeks maximum) aimed at providing a complete result in each of them. This iterative development takes place in the following phases:

Professional roles involved in the Scrum methodology
