AutoProctor is an automated tool that ensures students don’t cheat on online tests. As students take the test, AutoProctor monitors their camera, mic and the screen they are looking at. So, for example, if they try Googling an answer, this will be detected.

Can AutoProctor detect your face?
Number of People: We expect quizzes on AutoProctor to be attempted by a single person. So, we expect a single (and the same) face to be on the screen at all times. Enabling this setting means that whenever AutoProctor detects either zero faces via the camera, or detects 2 or more faces, the event gets flagged.
Can we copy in proctored exam? Students can often copy and paste answers from documents or notepads, which will be prepared in a separate window before the test begins. These are simple ways to trick some remote proctoring software who have no information about what is happening on the screen.
Does AutoProctor record your screen?
The candidates cannot browse or open other tabs apart from the test screen. The screen recorder records all the activities of the candidate during the exam.
How do I turn off AutoProctor?
You need not save this setting. Just clicking on the checkbox to the left of the option automatically saves the option. Enable Proctor: This toggles between enabling and disabling Proctoring.
Can Google Form detect cheating? No the teacher will not be informed. As Google Form has no such functionality. However schools may choose to use 3rd party apps such as autoproctor which integrate with Google Form to provide such a monitoring facility.

Proctors have the ability to view the screen and utilize the mouse and keyboard as if they were sitting next to you. Once the exam starts, your proctor will monitor everything on the computer screen, but can no longer utilize the your mouse and keyboard.
